As a residential support worker will involve you working closely with children in care with you putting them at the centre of everything you do. Your day-to-day role will require you to support them in all aspects of their lives such as educational pursuits, hobbies and activities.
You will act as a cooperate parent for the children in your care, striving to support them to reach their full potential.

Your role will involve accompanying the children to health appointments, activities such as shopping, bowling, cinema, zoo etc, complete relevant paperwork, undertake key worker sessions, deliver personal care, undertake household tasks, administer medication, record and report writing and meeting health needs.
