Client Services Manager
Location: Blackburn (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £26,787.74 per annum (fixed)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Client Services Manager to join their established and growing team based in Blackburn.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced client-facing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships, managing multiple priorities, and delivering exceptional service.
The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring requirements are managed efficiently and delivered to a high standard. This is not a call centre or operational role; it is a relationship-focused position requiring strong communication, organisation, and account management skills.
Hybrid working is available, with the option to work from home up to two days per week. Office attendance is required on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts
- Manage client requests, projects, and campaigns from brief through to completion
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are delivered accurately and on time
- Monitor service levels and provide regular reporting and updates
- Handle client queries and resolve issues effectively
- Prepare quotations and support additional client requirements where necessary
- Maintain accurate account records and documentation
- Support monthly invoicing and reporting processes
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
- Provide support to colleagues and assist with team cover when required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a client services, account coordination, account management support, or customer relationship role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Experience working within a fast-paced commercial environment
- The confidence to take ownership of client relationships and deliver outstanding service
