Trainee / Skilled Labourer / Multi-Trade All-RounderNo1 Fires – Ringwood (Covering South Coast)
We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working skilled labourer / multi-trade all-rounder to join our growing team at No1 Fires.
This is a hands-on role working alongside experienced installers on high-end fireplace, woodburner, and media wall installations across the South Coast.
The Role
- Assisting with fireplace and woodburner installations General building work (boarding, plastering prep, basic carpentry)
- Working with flue systems, hearths, and chambers
- Keeping jobs clean, organised, and running efficiently
- Loading/unloading materials and tools
- Supporting the lead installer on-site
- Installing air con
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in construction or similar trade (essential)
- Multi-trade skills (e.g. basic plastering, carpentry, boarding) highly desirable Good all-round practical ability and use of tools
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual Full UK driving licence preferred
- Able to work as part of a team and take instruction
