Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team on a part-time basis, working evening shifts in Aylesford. Monday to Friday 5.30pm -7.30pm This role is ideal for individuals with previous janitorial experience who take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within commercial premises. The successful candidate will contribute to creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our clients and their staff.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, washrooms, and communal areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet rolls, and hand soap as needed
- Ensuring stock of materials and consumables is replenished.
- Ensuring that all cleaning chemicals are used in accordance with instructions and stored appropriately.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within scheduled shifts
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning duties
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable with a good work ethic and punctuality
- Physical fitness to carry out cleaning tasks effectively
- Ability to work evening shifts in accordance with the schedule in Aylesford
