We are looking for a friendly, organised and professional Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming, independently owned dental practice on a full-time basis to cover maternity leave.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and positive experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our reception.
About You
- Previous reception experience is essential.
- Dental reception experience is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confident using computer systems and able to learn new software.
- Well organised, reliable and able to work in a busy environment.
- A positive, friendly team player with a professional manner.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service.
- Managing appointments and patient enquiries.
- Answering telephone calls and emails.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Supporting the clinical team with the smooth running of the practice.
- General reception and administrative duties.
