Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations within our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Allocate tasks and monitor performance to maintain cleanliness standards across all areas.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to new and existing team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns promptly.
- Report on team performance, operational issues, and maintenance needs to management.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and high-quality service.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or facilities management is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience supervising a team of staff.
- Customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and handle enquiries professionally.
- Valid driving licence is preferred for transportation between sites or supplies.
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: £13.21-£14.00 per hour
