Monday to Friday 5pm-6.30pm
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial premises. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, retail spaces, and other commercial facilities, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to meet health and safety standards.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the shift, ensuring all areas are presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good organisational skills and reliability.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided. This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking a professional environment where their skills in commercial cleaning are valued and utilised effectively.
Pay: £13.20 per hour
