Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and maintain domestic plumbing and heating systems, including boilers, radiators, pipework, and water systems.
- Carry out boiler installations, including ongoing combi swaps and upgrades on agreed price work
- Diagnose and repair faults in plumbing and heating systems efficiently and effectively.
- Perform routine inspections, safety checks, and system testing.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction at every job.
- Complete all work to a high standard, complying with relevant regulations and safety practices.
- Accurately complete job reports, service records, and other paperwork as required.
- Work collaboratively with the team and assist with training or mentoring apprentices when needed.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent qualification).
- Gas Safe Registered (or willingness to become registered, if applicable).
- Proven experience in domestic plumbing and heating (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Full UK driving license.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Good Knowledge of wiring heating systems and fault finding.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
