Wet Multi Trader (Fully Skilled Plasterer Required)
West & North West London (TW / NW / W / HA patches)
£21.40 per hour (CIS)
Van & Fuel Card Provided
We’re seeking an experienced Wet Multi Trader to join a social housing contractor, working across West & North West London in occupied and void properties.
Duties:
- Full plastering (essential – must be competent across all aspects)
- Tiling (kitchens & bathrooms)
- Basic plumbing & general wet multi-trade works
- Kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
- Opportunity for additional/extra works
Requirements:
- Strong wet trade experience with plastering as a core trade
- Proven tiling experience
- Social housing experience preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Good customer service skills
Qualifications:
- Trade qualification / apprenticeship
- NVQ Multi-Trade (or equivalent)
- Basic DBS (or willingness to obtain)
- UKATA Asbestos Awareness (or willingness to obtain)
Long-term work with a reputable contractor
