Groundworker Gang – Foundations – £23.00 to £24.00 per Hour – Stalbridge, Dorset
Harbron Recruit are currently recruiting experienced Groundworkers for a major residential development in the Stalbridge area of Dorset.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established developer with a strong pipeline of work and genuine opportunities for permanent employment for the right candidates.
We are looking for either an established Groundworker Gang or individual operatives willing to form a gang through Harbron Recruit.
Ideally, the gang will consist of:
- 1 x Groundworker
- 1 x Groundworker with Forward Tipping Dumper ticket
- 1 x Groundworker with 360 Excavator ticket
The successful candidates must be experienced in all aspects of foundations groundworks and capable of working efficiently as part of a busy site team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Foundations and footing works
- Drainage installation
- Concrete works
- General groundwork duties
- Excavation and backfilling
- Operating plant machinery where ticketed
- Working to programme deadlines
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety
Requirements:
- Proven experience undertaking all aspects of foundations groundworks
- Established Groundworker Gangs welcome
- Individual Groundworkers also encouraged to apply, with the opportunity to form a gang through Harbron Recruit
- Valid CPCS or NPORS tickets accepted
- Separate CSCS cards are accepted on this project
- 360 Excavator Operator must hold a valid CPCS or NPORS ticket
- Forward Tipping Dumper Operator must hold a valid CPCS or NPORS ticket
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work to a high standard
- Checkable references
