We are looking for an experienced Chef to work in a busy family run restaurant.
Traditional and International cuisine prepared in house to an excellent standard.
We are looking for a Chef to:
Take pride in what you do and genuinely care about your kitchen
Have at least 1 years’ experience in a chefs position
Be relatively experienced in high volume kitchens
Be immaculate in presentation and comfortable talking with both our guests and teams
Be passionate about using fresh, seasonal and local produce
Be highly organised, work well under pressure, flexible approach to working hours
Have a positive approach, bringing fun and engagement at the restaurant and team.
·Good communication and management skills
·To work closely with existing chefs and team
·A Passion for Cooking with good attention to detail
Hours between 7.30-4.00pm
Evening Functions/Outside Catering Occasionally
Starting at 25 days holiday (not including Christmas Day/Boxing Day/New Years Day)
200 seater Restaurant
