We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist care provider to find a Registered Manager for a residential home for adults with learning disabilities, based in Waterlooville near Portsmouth.
This is a stable, well-established service — rated Good by the CQC across all areas — with a settled client group and no significant complexity. It is the kind of home where a confident manager can focus on quality and team leadership rather than firefighting. The provider is a growing organisation with an experienced Senior Management Team and a genuine commitment to developing the people who join them.
What we are looking for
- Experienced Registered Manager in LD residential care
- Strong CQC knowledge and a track record of maintaining Good ratings
- Someone looking for long-term stability rather than a short-term move
- A collaborative team player who thrives within a supportive management structure
- Strong Deputy Managers ready to step up will also be genuinely considered
