Overview
We are seeking passionate and reliable Cookery Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to create a fun, positive learning environment, spreading the love of food to children of all ages.
The role requires a commitment to the development of children, teaching to cook from scratch using basic kitchen skills and giving children independence and confidence in the kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver fun, engaging cookery lessons.
- Shop for ingredients at the best price.
- Test recipes if needed.
- Follow Health and Safety policies and procedures within a school environment.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for food.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Previous experience working with children would be valued (not essential)
- Car owner/Driver with valid driving licence
- Freelance
- DBS enhanced certificate (we will assist in applying for this)
- Paediatric First Aid
