Learning Support Assistant – Tonbridge

A fantastic Tonbridge SEND school is seeking a warm, reliable, and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join their friendly team. You’ll be working closely with children who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), supporting them both in the classroom and during small group sessions.
This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about helping young learners grow in confidence and reach their full potential. You’ll be supported by an experienced SENCO and a wonderful teaching team who value collaboration and care.
What you’ll do:
- Provide one-to-one and small group learning support
- Help to implement learning plans and adapt lessons
- Encourage pupils’ independence and celebrate their progress
- Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have experience working with children or young people
- Have experience supporting SEND pupils
- Are a great communicator with a caring and patient nature
- Are available to work Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm (term time only)
- Are available to start immediately
