Following the success of our first airport bar, we’re opening our second location at Manchester Airport Terminal 2, and we’re looking for committed, reliable kitchen professionals to join our team from day one.
The Role
As a member of our kitchen team, you’ll be part of delivering a fresh, high-quality menu that complements the premium drinking experience Fever-Tree is known for. Working in a fast-paced, airside location, you will:
- Support the preparation and cooking of food to brand and safety standards
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times
- Work efficiently under pressure during peak trading times
- Ensure consistency, speed, and quality in every dish served
- Collaborate with the wider bar and front-of-house team to deliver a seamless customer experience
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for kitchen staff who are:
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work a variety of shifts, including very early mornings (from 03:00), weekends, and public holidays
- Team players with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Committed to high food safety and hygiene standards
- Able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Previous kitchen or catering experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided

Airport Vetting Requirements
Due to the location of this role airside at Manchester Airport, all candidates must pass aviation security clearance. This includes:
- A valid passport
- A complete 5-year history (employment, education, travel, or volunteering)
- A criminal record check (DBS)
