Job responsibilities for Customer Service Advisor
- To manage inbound customer contact for Insurance products via telephone and email providing excellent customer service.
- Ensuring all customer information and data is accurately entered and updated on to the system.
- Allocate, monitor, and escalate enquires or complaints internally to ensure customers receive speedy resolutions.
