About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Tenant Services Coordinator to act as the front-facing representative for our property portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with a hospitality mindset who enjoys working with people and ensuring a smooth, high-quality living experience for tenants.
You will be the first point of contact for tenants, helping to manage move-ins and move-outs, coordinate day-to-day operations, and support the Property Manager in maintaining high standards across all properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome tenants and act as the main front-of-house contact
- Manage tenant check-ins and check-outs, ensuring properties are ready and compliant before occupancy
- Ensure all required keys are prepared, issued, and tracked appropriately
- Organise and manage parcel deliveries and collections
- Carry out routine property inspections and report findings
- Identify and report maintenance or operational issues to the Property Manager
- Assist tenants with day-to-day enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Coordinate with contractors where required to ensure works are completed on time
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operational processes

Experience & Requirements
- No prior property management experience required – full training will be provided
- Hospitality experience (e.g. hotel, front desk, guest services) is highly desirable
- Experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous
- Basic IT skills (email, spreadsheets, systems)
