About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join our growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a successful career within the property industry while working in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in matching prospective tenants with suitable properties, managing enquiries, conducting viewings, and supporting the rental process from initial enquiry through to move-in. You will also provide support to the Sales team when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to lettings enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions in a professional and timely manner.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants, delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lettings journey.
- Assist with preparing tenancy agreements and associated documentation.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure properties are ready for occupation.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, viewings, and lettings activity.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient rental transactions.
- Promote available properties through various marketing channels.
- Support the Sales team by conducting property viewings with prospective buyers when required.
- Contribute positively to the achievement of team and business targets.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or property-related role is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive, positive, and professional approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
