Duties
- Smooth daily operations and high standards of food quality.
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes in accordance with menu specifications and customer preferences.
- Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency, freshness, and presentation.
- Manage food safety protocols, including hygiene standards and storage procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and kitchen supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen environment at all times.
- Assist in menu planning, development, and innovation to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all kitchen activities.
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience within a busy restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management.
- Demonstrable culinary expertise with a strong understanding of various cuisines and techniques.
- Experience in food safety standards and regulations.

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
