Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum + Company Car / Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits

A leading social housing contractor is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to support the delivery of repairs, maintenance, compliance, and planned works contracts across West London.
The Role
You will be responsible for promoting a positive health, safety, and environmental culture across operational teams, ensuring compliance with legislation, company procedures, and industry best practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting site audits and inspections across social housing properties
- Providing HSE advice and support to operational teams and management
- Leading accident, incident, and near-miss investigations
- Producing reports and implementing corrective actions
- Supporting compliance with ISO management systems
- Delivering training, coaching, and guidance to employees
- Ensuring health, safety, and environmental best practice is maintained across contracts
Requirements
- Previous experience within Social Housing, Repairs & Maintenance, Facilities Management, or Construction
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
- NEBOSH Diploma or working towards (desirable)
- Experience managing HSE across multiple sites
- Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
