We are looking for a full time, permanent member of staff to join our friendly team.
Hours of work will primarily be 8am - 8pm, on a fixed shift pattern including alternate weekends.
In your role as a Support Worker you will be supporting our service users to lead full and active lives, enabling them to reach their full potential and achieve their goals.
Your role will involve supporting service users to maintain a clean living environment within the residential setting, to support them with improving their cooking skills and to access social and leisure activities in the local community.
The successful applicant will be a driver (of manual vehicles), as you will be expected to support service users to attend appointments and activities.
