We’re on the lookout for an exceptional Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Minor Illness) to join our friendly and expanding Primary Care team to cover maternity leave.

Duties to include but not limited to:
· Provide care for patients presenting with undifferentiated, undiagnosed problems
· In face-to-face consultations you will utilise history-taking, physical examinations and clinical decision-making skills to establish a working diagnosis and management plan in partnership with the patient
· Identify, signpost or refer patients at risk of developing long-term conditions, preventing adverse effects on the patient’s health.
· Organise onward investigation, treatment and referral where appropriate.
· Under supervision of the GPs in the practice, make professional, autonomous decisions in relation to presenting problems.
· Record clear IT based consultation notes to an agreed standard
· Maintain professional NMC / HCPC standards at all times
Hours: Up to 20 hours per week.
Salary: depending on experience.
Flexible working required to cover holidays and sickness. May include some weekend work during flu/covid vaccination periods.
