Job Purpose:
I am a young man who needs someone to support me to visit places of interest and complete tasks. I am keen to go places but do not feel able to go on my own. I love cars and football and going to football games. I also have singing sessions in Norwich so you would support me to attend those and more activities in the community. Other tasks would include support with cooking and cleaning my home.

Summary terms and conditions:
- The rate of pay for this position is £12.89 per hour.
- Hours and times of work: 6 hours per week, arranged flexibly, will be advised ahead of time.
- The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.
- This position requires the employee to complete free annual training: GDPR, Health and Safety, COSHH, Food Hygiene and Risk Assessment.
Post is subject to the following:
- A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
- Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
- Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months.
