About the role:
You’ll be working with fresh, seasonal ingredients every day, helping to create consistently high-quality dishes. We take real pride in cooking everything from scratch, so this role is ideal for a Chef who enjoys proper cooking and wants to be involved in a kitchen that values quality over shortcuts.
Our Bistro is busy during the week and popular on the weekends.
Closed on Mondays and Tuesday, you will be working over the weekend.
