Skilled bench joiner to join their growing workshop and assist in producing a variety of joinery items for residential and commercial sector
Main Responsibilities:
· Manufacturing bespoke joinery items from drawings and specifications.
· Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
· Ensuring all products meet quality standards and deadlines.
· Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to achieve project goals.
· Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Proven experience as a bench joiner or similar role.
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
· Competence in using woodworking machinery and hand tools.
· Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
· Good time management and organisational skills.
Desirable Qualities:
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent communication skills.
