A leading travel company is seeking an energetic Travel Sales Consultant to join its dynamic team, specialising in both corporate and leisure travel.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships over the phone, and is motivated to deliver exceptional holiday and business travel experiences.
Duties
- Establishing the client’s wants and needs and maximising the potential in every trip.
- Adapting to Corporate and Leisure clients and converting all calls into sales.
- Staying abreast of everything new in travel. From hotels and airline routes to all travel guidelines.
- Designing bespoke trips and creating the best experience for our clients.
- Providing excellent customer service to all clients whether new or existing
- Using the GDS and all tools provided to create a perfect tailor made trip
What We Need From You:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Sociable and enjoys the buzz of a sales environment
- Knowledge of travel planning processes and familiarity with various destinations.
- Previous hotel experience is a plus, enhancing your ability to provide tailored recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
