Inventory Clerk (Property)
Location: Mansfield
Salary: £26,000 + £0.45 per mile
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Inventory Clerk to join a busy property team in Mansfield. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, has a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in producing accurate documentation.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing detailed property inventories prior to new tenancies
- Recording the condition of properties, fixtures, fittings, and any furnishings
- Carrying out check-out inspections at the end of tenancies
- Identifying and documenting any changes, damage, or missing items
- Ensuring all reports are clear, accurate, and completed in a timely manner
What We’re Looking For
- A sensible and organised individual with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable handling paperwork and producing accurate reports
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
