Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Care
Pioneer Talent, on behalf of a leading UK care provider, is recruiting a Registered Manager for a new 2-bed children’s home in Hereford.
This role offers the opportunity to manage a small, high-impact service, with strong support from an experienced operational team.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and manage a children’s home with Ofsted
- Lead a service supporting young people with EBD / complex needs
- Recruit, manage and develop staff
- Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations
- Drive quality, safeguarding and positive outcomes

About You
- Registered Manager OR experienced Deputy Manager
- Background in children’s residential care (EBD / SEMH / complex needs)
- Good understanding of Ofsted inspections and compliance
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
