Hunt 4 are looking for a highly organised and customer focused Customer Services Administrator to join our busy team in Stonehouse. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys providing exceptional customer service while supporting day to day administrative operations.
As a Customer Services Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently. You will work closely with internal departments to deliver a seamless customer experience and maintain accurate administrative records.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels.
- Process customer orders, requests, and queries accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer records and databases.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely updates.
- Prepare and process administrative documentation and reports.
- Monitor customer service inboxes and ensure all communications are handled promptly.
- Support the wider administration team with general office duties.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach when dealing with customers.
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience in a customer service and/or administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Professional telephone manner and customer focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
