General Manager to lead a thriving restaurant operation in

�� What You'll Be Doing
- Leading day-to-day restaurant operations and setting clear performance standards
- Inspiring, recruiting, and developing a high-performing team
- Driving sales, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Managing staffing, rotas, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Ensuring exceptional guest experience and handling feedback professionally
- Maintaining full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards
- Working closely with kitchen teams to ensure consistent food quality and presentation
- Monitoring financial performance and implementing cost-control measures
�� What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Commercially focused with solid understanding of budgets and KPIs
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences
- Confident communicator with strong organisational ability
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environments
- Flexible approach to working evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods
