The Roles
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit experienced:
- Removals Porters
- 3.5 Tonne Removals Drivers
- HGV Removals Drivers (Class 2 and Class 1 considered)
Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with flexible working patterns to suit the right candidates. These roles would particularly suit experienced removals professionals looking to work fewer days whilst remaining part of a busy and supportive team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out domestic and commercial removals throughout the UK
- Loading, transporting and unloading customers' possessions safely and efficiently
- Packing and protecting furniture, antiques and valuable items
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the moving process
- Completing relevant paperwork and vehicle checks where applicable
- Working closely with colleagues as part of a professional removals crew
- Assisting with occasional overnight work when required
What We're Looking For
- Previous removals experience is preferred
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Flexible and willing to work as part of a team
- Comfortable with working away from home (nights out) on occassion
For Driver Positions:
- Full UK driving licence
- HGV drivers must hold a valid Category C or C+E licence
- CPC and Digital Tachograph Card for HGV roles
