Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service/PDI Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for pre purchase inspection and carrying out various vehicle maintenance tasks e.g service, brakes and repairs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform repairs on vehicles from multiple manifacturers.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repairs performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to improve service capabilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driver's licence is a must for test driving vehicles.
- Relevant certifications or training in technical fields would be an advantage.
