Norwich City Football Club is looking to recruit Catering Supervisors to work in our restaurants, bars and kiosks on first team matchdays.

Kiosk Supervisors - Natural leadership skills are essential; experience is preferred but full training will be provided.
Restaurant and Bar Supervisors – Experience in restaurants or bars is essential. Experience in a supervisory role, as well as a working knowledge of wines and cocktails would be of benefit.
Our matchdays are typically on Saturdays with some weekday evening and Sunday matches.
A typical shift is 5 - 8 hours depending on the game and job role. This is a casual, hourly paid position.
In our kiosks you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and serving our loyal fans food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.
- Supervising and leading a team of up to 18 catering assistants.
- Providing exceptional and fast customer service in an exciting atmosphere.
- Ensuring food hygiene standards are always achieved.
- Ensuring stock levels are maintained throughout each match.
- Preparing the team for the busy half time service.
- Reconciling all tills.
- Ensuring the kiosk is cleaned to the highest standard and stock is rotated accordingly.
In our corporate restaurants and bars, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and serving our customers in a formal dining environment.
- Supervising and leading a team of up to 12 waiting or bar staff.
- Supporting the restaurant manager in providing exceptional customer service to our Carrow Road brand standard.
- Ensuring food hygiene standards are always achieved.
- Accuracy of order taking, food delivery and clearing.
- Speed of service and drinks delivery from our corporate bars.
- Ensuring your restaurant or bar is cleaned to the highest standard.
You will have:
- Experience in a supervisory role or natural leadership skills.
- The ability to motivate and lead by example, mentoring new team members.
- A resilient, calm and confident approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
- The commitment and enthusiasm to achieve results.
- A can-do positive attitude and be a team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pride in your appearance and that of your team as ambassadors for Norwich City Football Club.
- Bar supervisors will have an understanding of cellar management.
