Lever & Bloom Coffee is a London speciality coffee shop celebrated for hand-pulled espresso drinks made with ethically sourced Climpson & Sons beans and our own Swedish-style buns - cinnamon, cardamom, babka and more. We care as much about creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere as we do about exceptional coffee.
What We’re Looking For
We want team members who are not only skilled but committed and genuinely people-focused:
- Speciality coffee experience: minimum 1 year behind the bar in a quality coffee venue
- Great communicators: friendly, easy-going, confident chatting with customers and building regulars
- Proactive: take initiative, notice what needs doing and keeps service running smoothly
- Passionate: love coffee, artisan pastries, and delivering outstanding hospitality
What We Offer
- Starting pay: £14 per hour, with the possibility of a raise for the right candidate
