What you’ll do:
- Manage and motivate the lettings team
- Win new business through valuations and local engagement
- Oversee the full lettings process, ensuring compliance
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
What you’ll need:
- 3+ years’ lettings experience
- Proven track record winning instructions
- Confident, organised, commercially minded
- Full UK driving licence
