Account Manager – Signage
Hampshire (hybrid working, 2 days per week in office)

An established and growing print and manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join its successful client services team.
The Role
This is a hands-on, end-to-end position responsible for managing key client accounts, reactivating dormant/lapsed accounts, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring high-quality execution across a range of sectors.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
· Interpret client requirements, provide accurate estimates, and recommend suitable materials and production methods
· Create and manage job sheets, ensuring all details are clearly communicated to production teams
· Source materials and liaise with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement
· Brief internal production teams and coordinate workflow across departments
· Organise and schedule installation teams (fitters) where required
· Actively target dormant/lapsed accounts
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities
To succeed in this role, you will:
· Proven experience in an Account Manager or Project Manager role within the signage industry
· Strong understanding of manufacturing processes within a print environment
· Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Commercially aware with experience in estimating and material selection
· A collaborative team player
· Experience targeting and reactivating dormant/lapsed accounts
