To be a Residential Children's Support Worker at Contemporary Concept Care Ltd, you have to be resilient, active and motivated to give the support our children and young people need.
Safeguarding
Your main responsibility is to safeguard the young people from all forms of harm and ensure you are aware of their vulnerabilities through clear and updated care plans and risk assessments.
Resilience
The job can be intense at times, have you got what it takes to be resilient and support our young people through their difficult moments.
Fire & Health & Safety
You will need to be aware of a few things that are important to ensure the health, safety and well-being of yourself and others.
Training
You will be required to complete a range of online and classroom based training as part of your induction and on-going development.
Active
Our staff need to have a positive outlook on life and enjoy having fun. There will be many opportunities for our young people and they will need staff to support them to take part. Ask and listen to what the young people have to say.
Education
Our children and young people will need to access education in many different forms and settings. Staff are expected to provide support, ensuring our children and young people are accommodated for so they get the best out of their education and attend on a regular basis.
