Position: Front of House Team Member

Salary: £8-£12.71 per hour + service charge

The Windmill is a welcoming village pub in the heart of Hollingbourne, Kent - a place for good food, well-kept ales and relaxed hospitality.. We are looking for a friendly and reliable Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team. You will be the face of our pub, responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering exceptional service to ensure an unforgettable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and seat guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions.
- Serve food and drinks promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Handle payments and use POS systems.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality is a plus, but not essential (training provided).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
