We run a proper kitchen with proper rotas. You’ll work around 40 hours a week and still be part of a team that cares about the food.
We’re looking for a solid CDP who:
- can run a section without babysitting
- keeps things clean, organised, and consistent
- handles service properly
This is not a shouting kitchen.
It’s not chaos.
It’s not 14-hour days back to back.
