Walfinch is a leading UK home care franchisor, built around one clear idea: helping people live well and stay active. As demand continues to grow, we are expanding our franchise development team and looking for a confident, commercially aware individual to support the next phase of growth.
This is a key front-end role, identifying and engaging high-quality candidates considering franchise ownership.
The Role
You will act as the first point of contact for prospective franchise partners, qualifying interest, building rapport, and booking meetings for our Franchise Development team.
This is a quality-led role, focused on meaningful conversations with serious investors rather than high-volume outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and qualify inbound franchise enquiries
- Identify and approach suitable candidates via LinkedIn and targeted research
- Hold informed, professional conversations with prospective investors
- Clearly communicate the Walfinch franchise opportunity and sector potential
- Schedule qualified meetings for the Franchise Developer
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline management within CRM systems
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in appointment setting, recruitment, or business development
- Experience speaking with professionals or high-value clients
- Strong communication skills with a confident, credible approach
- Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn, and scheduling tools
- Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working remotely
Experience in franchising or high-ticket sales is advantageous but not essential.
