About Step Into Teaching:
We are a pre-teacher training programme designed to guide and support graduates like you in pursuing a career in education. This role offers one year of hands-on, school-based experience, which is essential in laying the foundation for a successful teaching career. This will also help you determine if teaching, educational psychology, or counselling is the right path for you.

This opportunity will give you excellent preparation for a future in teaching. You’ll gain experience working directly with students, helping them succeed, and getting an insider’s look at the day-to-day environment of a classroom.
