Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker . The successful candidate will be responsible for handling materials, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining organisation within the warehouse environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in logistics and warehouse management while contributing to the efficient operation of our facilities.

7am - 3pm

Duties
- Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and manual handling techniques
- Manage inventory using warehouse management systems to track stock levels and movements
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing of goods
- Conduct basic equipment repairs and maintenance to ensure operational safety and efficiency
- Handle materials carefully, adhering to safety protocols during movement and storage
- Assist with organising stockrooms, ensuring items are stored correctly for easy access
- Support in maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
- Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and meet operational deadlines
Skills
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory control
- Proficiency in materials handling, including loading, unloading, and stacking goods
- Mechanical knowledge for basic equipment repair and troubleshooting
- Certification or experience operating forklifts is highly desirable
- Prior warehouse experience demonstrating familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Basic maths skills for inventory counting and data entry tasks
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a warehouse setting
This role requires a proactive individual capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Candidates should possess good organisational skills, attention to detail, and physical fitness suitable for demanding tasks.
