About the Role
We are seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join our growing team in a modern, high-precision engineering environment. As a key supplier to the motorsport industry, we manufacture complex, high-tolerance components using the latest machining technology.
With both day and night shift opportunities available, and flexible start and finish times, and significant overtime earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, set, and operate 2/3/4/5-axis CNC milling.
- Manufacture high-specification components to exact tolerances for demanding applications.
- Interpret detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
- Maintain exceptional standards of precision, quality, and cleanliness.
- Conduct routine maintenance and assist in efficient machine utilisation.
- Work collaboratively to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years' experience operating 2/3/4/5-axis CNC milling machinery within a high-precision manufacturing environment.
- Skilled in working to tight tolerances across a range of materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a quality-focused mindset.
- Proactive, dependable, and capable of working independently.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, including familiarity with hand tools and machining processes.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 50 Hours Per Week
- Plenty of overtime available
