What We’re Looking For
- VWG brand experience is essential
- Qualified Master Technician or an experienced Diagnostic Technician ready to progress
- Strong diagnostic capability with a methodical, problem‑solving mindset
- Ability to work to high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency
- A team player who takes pride in their work and supports colleagues
- Full UK driving licence
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out advanced diagnostics, fault‑finding, and complex repairs
- Supporting and mentoring other technicians within the workshop
- Ensuring all work meets manufacturer standards
- Using the latest VWG tools, systems, and technology
- Delivering an excellent customer experience through high‑quality workmanship
