The Role
We are seeking a qualified, reliable and compassionate Dental Nurse who thrives in a professional private practice environment.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Support
- Provide chairside support for restorative, cosmetic, implant, hygiene and orthodontic treatments including Invisalign®
- Prepare surgeries and equipment to the highest standards
- Maintain strict cross-infection control procedures
- Support decontamination and sterilisation processes
- Ensure compliance with CQC and HTM 01-05 requirements
Patient Care
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences
- Support patients before, during and after treatment
- Create a calm, reassuring and professional environment
Teamwork & Practice Support
- Work collaboratively across both clinic locations
- Support stock control and surgery preparation
- Assist colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What We're Looking ForEssential
- GDC Registered Dental Nurse
- Minimum 3 years' dental nursing experience
- Strong understanding of infection control and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, reliable and professional attitude
- Strong team player

Private dentistry experience is advantageous, although not essential for the right candidate with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Working Pattern
We operate a structured rota system with advance planning.
Typical shifts include:
Early Shift
07:40 – 14:00
Late Shift
13:40 – 20:30
Double Shift
07:40 – 20:30
Saturday Shift
08:30 – 15:30
For team members working a double shift on a Monday or Friday, earlier finish times may apply.
Enhanced Pay
We value flexibility and reward it.
✔ Enhanced hourly rates for all hours worked after 6:00pm
✔ Enhanced hourly rates for Saturday working
This provides excellent earning potential above your standard hourly rate.
