We are seeking a proactive and personable Door Canvasser to join our dynamic sales team. Fluency in English is essential, with Spanish language skills considered a strong advantage. Duties
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to introduce our services to prospective clients.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through engaging conversations.
- Utilise CRM software such as Salesforce to log interactions and update client information accurately.
- Follow up with prospects via telemarketing techniques to nurture interest and arrange meetings or appointments.
- Maintain organised records of all interactions and sales activities within CRM systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish, adapting messaging as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing outreach effectiveness.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about product updates and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or direct sales roles is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English;l.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A positive attitude and resilience when facing rejection are crucial for success in this role.
Pay: £24,420.00-£68,465.20 per year
