Job Summary
As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals within their own homes. You’ll assist with daily living tasks, promote independence, and make a genuine difference in people’s lives.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support tailored to each client’s needs (e.g., washing, dressing, toileting).
- Assist with meal preparation, medication, mobility, and household tasks.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Promote independence and encourage participation in daily activities.
- Accurately record and report care provided, changes in condition, or concerns.
- Follow Caremark policies, procedures, and regulatory standards at all times.

- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or split shifts.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (preferred).
- No experience required — full training provided.
