Northern Regional Service (& OEM) Manager
Full time (45 hours), Monday to Friday, 7.30am–5pm.
*Can be based in any the area of any of our Northern Depots including Birmingham, Bedford, Newark, Market Harborough or Stockport.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Service & OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Manager to join our team.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Regional Service & OEM Manager to strengthen our workshop service and supplier relationships across the depot network.
About the role;
As part of the Senior Plant Hire Operations team, you’ll provide technical leadership for a national workshop function, driving consistent maintenance standards, maximising equipment utilisation, and returning machines to hire quickly and cost-effectively. You’ll work closely with OEMs and key suppliers to optimise warranty agreements and secure parts and technical support, reducing lifetime cost of ownership, and you’ll support depots with escalated operational issues.

What you’ll need;
· Proven workshop management experience across multiple sites/depots
· Strong technical knowledge across a plant hire fleet
· Working knowledge of workshop H&S legislation
· Commercially focused, able to drive efficiencies and control costs
· Organised, detail-focused, and confident prioritising workload
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
· Customer-focused and comfortable using IT systems
· Flexible approach (including overnight stays) and a reliable team player
· Treats suppliers equitably and ethically
