Office Assistant
We are looking to recruit an office assistant to support our team of Client Coordinators. You will have excellent communication skills and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems. The position is office based and due to our rural location on the outskirts of Sevenoaks, your own transport is essential.
Duties will include:

- Office phone and email monitoring

- Administration on the company database system
*
- Management of diary and job scheduling for engineers
*
- Monthly reporting using Excel and company database
*
*
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team
Experience:
*
- Good computer skills (excel/word) essential
*
- Excellent communication skills written and oral, attention to detail
*
- 2 years previous administration experience preferable
Position: Full time/permanent
Hours: 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri
Starting Salary: £25,000 per annum depending on experience Company Package includes: Company Pension Scheme,
20 days holiday per annum + Bank Holidays + birthday (after 6 month Probation)
