As a Butler, you will deliver bespoke and anticipatory service, ensuring every guest experience is seamless from pre‑arrival through to departure. Working closely with colleagues across the hotel, you will build meaningful connections with guests, understand their preferences and create memorable, personalised moments that exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised Butler service throughout the guest journey, from pre‑arrival to departure
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively deliver thoughtful, tailored experiences
- Coordinate requests across departments to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery
- Support the organisation and execution of guest preferences, amenities and special requests
- Collaborate with other departments to meet service standards
- Build strong rapport with guests, ensuring comfort, satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle guest enquiries and concerns with professionalism, discretion and care
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences to personalise future stays
- Uphold St. Regis brand standards and signature service rituals at all times
